The documents that you provide for your account verification must be valid. It must match with your personal details that you entered during registration, otherwise, the request for verification will not be approved until you submit valid documents.
When you request for verification at first, you will get a code in your email. Copy the code and enter it in the verification to proceed further to document submission. Ensuure that the size of your documents should not be more that 1MB otherwise, the verification form request will not be submitted successfully.
It normally takes 1 to 2 days for your account verification request to be approved successfully. Most times, accounts are usually proved within 24 hours.
